Minimalist Fall Fashion

I used to live a life where my outfits were colorful, unique, and honestly, most probably didn't make any sense. But as I grow up, I find it's more than just me that's maturing. My wardrobe has definitely followed suit, meaning simpler lines, more practical pieces, and neutrals colors.

This look has been on repeat for me this Fall. It's such an easy one to wear and is perfect for days when I just don't feel like putting any effort in to getting ready (ahem, that means every day). I bought this sweater in London and knew it would become my favorite sweater. It's obnoxiously oversized, has a funnel neck, and is the perfect shade of fall grey. Pair it with my most comfortable jeans and shoes, and my easy day bag, and I'm good to go.

sweater - zara
jeans - eddie bauer
shoes - avarcas usa
backpack - herschel
watch - c/o daniel wellington
bracelet - Ireland souvenir
ring - mineral and matter

What's your go-to fall outfit? Feel free to leave a link to a blog post if you have one up. I'd love to see your looks!

That's funny--I've noticed the same trend with my outfits. When I started my blog years ago, wild, colorful outfits with extravagant layering was the norm (and I mean extravagant--up to 5 sometimes for no apparent reason haha). Now, I find myself reaching for basics--the last three things I've bought have been solid color pieces that don't have a ton of personality on their own. But you show here that you can definitely work basics! The sweater looks perfect for fall <3 And I'm in love with your photography--the vibe is so glamorous!
