Live Free

Sometimes it takes a great change in our physical world to make a great change within our personal, unseen world. At first, these changes are uncomfortable, often times they are painful. But after a while, they become a part of us that we would never change, perhaps a scar we are proud of, and they are always something we are stronger for. They open us up, allowing us to more easily accept the lessons we are meant to learn.

One day, perhaps many years from now, we will understand these circumstances we are meant to face. They will make sense. We will be able to see them from a distance that will make everything clear. Until then, we rely on faith. Faith to let go of the things we cannot control. We are here to grow, whether it is in joy or sorrow, we will grow. It is up to us how we choose to experience it. Life is beautiful and we have it in our power to live it in constant happiness or misery. So come what may and love it, because that kind of life is freeing.

"Cultivate an attitude of happiness. Cultivate a spirit of optimism. Walk with faith, rejoicing in the beauties of nature, in the goodness of those you love, in the testimony which you carry in your heart concerning things divine." -Gordon B. Hinckley
