I've been loving black and white photos lately. Sometimes the lack of color simplifies a photo in the best way possible. But even with just "two colors"- black and white, there is still such a range, that a photo isn't lost for color at all, but rather bettered by it. As I mentioned here, I had been feeling incredibly antsy lately. I am feeling better, but I wonder if that's why I am feeling drawn to the simpleness of a black and white photo. It's calming, in a way.

this is my "shampoo commercial" hair flip.
I'm in love with my neighbors goat. If you've been around my blog for a while you may remember seeing my other goat friendships here, here, here, here, and here... what can I say, they're cute!
Do you have a preference between B&W or colored photos? Does it just depend on your mood or the photo itself?

Your black and white photos are stunning! Also, how cool is it that your neighbors have a goat. I'm like, what?! Love your blog girl!

I love black and white because they're so timeless. I think that that colors of things we wear in the pictures really date the photo to a certain time or year, but if it's in black and white I think it just makes the pictures timeless and more lasting if that makes and sense.

I LOVE black & white photos. And these are so pretty! They still feel rich & detailed even without the color.

I find that sometimes if I don't like a photo I've taken, I can make it black and white and I fall in love with it :)

Black and white is classic. You're not distracted by the colors, so you can actually enjoy the beauty of things. :)

Like the goat, for example. LOL

I normally prefer coloured photos... but not with so strong colours.
Black and white depends on the photo itself I would say :)

I've been in a B&W mood too, sometimes it just helps bring out the "mood" of the photo, if that makes sense. And I definitely understand you about the cute goat, if my neighbors had a goat I would be over there all the time! I don't think goat sitting is a thing but I would find a way.
