Albion Fit and a Revolt

Albion Fit is a Utah based, family owned company. Their goal is to create fashionable yet practical and environmentally friendly clothing for women's fitness and swimwear.

On another fitness related note...

I have been invited to try a fitness program called "Revolt". This program was created by Nichole Huntsman, an inspiring woman who was able to transform her own body (after children) to the point where she has won multiple fitness shows. She has created a program that is said to have amazing results yet be accessible for anyone.

My favorite part is that it is all online. She posts weekly diets, daily workout videos, and there is a facebook page where all those doing the program can connect, uplift, and help others. The facebook page is private, so it is only seen by those participating.

Nichole inspires us to say goodbye to the before photo and transform our lives.

We have just finished week 1 with Revolt and have 5 more to go (with this round, we're always welcome to do more). After the first week I haven't noticed a huge difference in my weight or look, but I know that I've gained muscle. I am stronger and faster already. Things that I couldn't do at the beginning of the week are now doable and I am able to push myself more.

I really needed this extra push to get myself back in shape. I no longer want to feel that my days of being fit and thin are in the past. So I am saying goodbye to the before photo!
