Esthetician or Aesthetician? Pt. 14

Quick tip:

Dry exfoliate.
Using a soft brush or exfoliating mitt and starting at the outside of your body, gently (don't overdue it- especially on the face and decollete) exfoliate your body.

Do this before you shower to remove more dead skin cells than if you were to do this IN the shower.
It increases blood circulation
Reduces the appearance of cellulite
Brings life back into the appearance of your skin
and makes skin feel extra smooth

Plus, if you get this done at a spa, it feels so good!

Add essential oils to boost the treatment. Tea Tree is healing, Eucalyptus is calming, Lavender is relaxing, and Sandalwood is known for it's smoothing properties on the skin!

Place a few drops of the essential oil of your choice into your hands, and softly pat them into pressure point or problem areas. Follow up with dry exfoliation, a shower, and moisturizer before you are completely dry, and you'll feel like a new person!

I've read a lot about dry exfoliation but I've never tried it yet. I keep forgetting to buy one of those little brushes, haha. I think I might this weekend! Thanks for the tips!
