This was my outfit for "Cowboys and Indians" day at school last week. I really just pulled Western elements rather than going FULL Western. I still felt dressed up for school but I also felt like I would wear this outfit on any given day.
In other news:
My home town became part of the many wildfires that are happening right now. I was so nervous and hated knowing my mountains were burning- even though I couldn't have done anything. Luckily- Thursday afternoon brought rain that put the fire out, along with the great efforts of the firefighters. The best part is that after the rain and smoke cleared, a rainbow formed over the same spot the fire had started.

What a miraculous moment!

I'm so glad the fires got put out in time. Rain after a fire is such an amazing thing to think about, isn't it? Kind of spiritual in some ways.
