Here are a few instagrams to catch you up on what's been going on in my life... not much really.
1. I have a really high forehead (five head), and I have a question for you- Is it a bad thing to wear my hair straight back or should I embrace it like Tyra (banks) says? And what are your thoughts on manbands?? I saw this guy sporting one at church this last Sunday and I gotta say- I wasn't a fan... :/ What do you think?
2. I am reading Matched right now, I haven't gotten very far yet (which is weird considering I usually finish in one day) but so far- so good! And I enjoyed some pumpkin frozen yogurt. Yum.
3. While I can't stand the thought of snow- I gotta say that the way the mountains look during a storm are breathtaking.
Other than this terrible and annoying cold- my week has been pretty quiet. How has your week been going?

I haven't seen enough manbands to really decide but as a gal who has always had some form of bangs to hide her enormous forehead I will offer you this: I started wearing the slicked back high bun a la Carrie Bradshaw just this year and I've gotten more compliments wearing my hair that way than I have other ways, and I usually think I look like a goof. But apparently others see what I don't. Embrace it girl!
I just saw that she is having that deal! So so awesome! I love her shop and she is such a sweet lady! I love twilight...cannot wait for that movie to come out! :) -Lo

That is one thing I always miss about living in Colorado - the mountains when a storm rolled in. It was always so beautiful, and it was amazing how you could see the storm coming. Hope you feel better!! And as for your forehead - embrace it! :)

In regards to forheads and headbands. I would've NEVER noticed your forehead at all if you didn't mention it. You are gorgeous with your hair back! And manbands...no thank you. Leave headbands to us girls!

I didn't even notice you had a high forehead! With all your hair piled on top of your head, it looks fine! But I'm not a fan of the slicked back ponytail Tyra does. That really does make her forehead look large.
This was my first time seeing a manband. That hasn't really caught on over here in TN. But I kind of like it in the picture. :o) He has good hair for it!

Girl, I say EMBRACE your forehead! I feel as though I have a large forehead too, but I always get so many compliments whenever I choose to wear my hair pulled back in a ballerina bun. Sorry for your cold sweetie! But the good thing is that it won't last too long. I think I've developed an allergy to this cold and humid weather in southern Italy. :-(( My nose is always congested and cold and I'm constantly blowing my noise when the temperature drops.

I don't like my top knots totally pulled back either, so I always make sure to get some 'whispies' pulled around my face. I know, I'm super technical. :)

Your hair looks great Gentri:-) You wear it any and every way you want- your forehead is perfect. I am reading the sequel to Matched right now and it is SO GOOD.
I think the manband is ONLY okay if you're a crazy hippy. If you're just a wannabe crazy hippy...leave that nonsense at home where it belongs. And the what? Five head? NONEXISTANT. Best forehead I've ever seen anywhere...and I've never told anyone that before. Seriously I would punch a duck for such clear skin. MMm. Embrace that beautifully clear face!
