Yesterday was awesome... For the most part. I'll do a better post about it tomorrow because right now- I can hardly move. My neck decided to pinch a nerve. And even though it hurt, I went on a pretty hard hike. Now it kills and nothing I've done to help it is working!! Suggestions are more than welcome!!!

Arghh I have that all the time! My friend specialises in massage and she puts a warm water bottle on the affected area and then she gently massages the area until you can move it fully but it takes time but it does feel good haha :)

Oh boo! I don't know anything about pinched nerves, but that does NOT sound like fun.. Feel better! I saw some instagram hiking photos though.. Looked amazing!

OMG I have had that happen to me so many times, usually from dancing and acting a fool!~ I usually use icyhot to get rid of it! Something with the muscles tightening and then loosening!~ haha idk? So says my mother haha Hope you start to feeling better! xoxo

Ugh. If you find the secret to getting rid of that neck pain.. let me know! I think I've had a pinched nerve for.. oh.. just around 2 weeks now.
I mean, seriously? It's just rude for my neck to do that to me.

I hope you feel better! I have pinched a nerve several times before and it has caused me the most gruesome agony. One thing I don't know how readily available it is but my dad has this blue gunk that he uses to pop out his nerves when they get tense. He calls it blue stuff but it's a try.
Oh no :[ that's the worse thing ever. I hate pinching a nerve in my neck! I usually just lay down and take an ibuprofen. I think a heating pad would be good for it though.

Oh dang I'm sorry about your neck! I honestly have NO clue what to tell ya! Looks like you had some great suggestions in other comments, good thing ha. I actually have whiplash fro go-carts right now so my neck kills ha...oh well.
